Aboutme
I am Miro Kloosterman. I guide people back to their health, their energy, and the version of themselves that has been waiting patiently underneath everything life piled on top.

How I got here
I learned about death before I had the words to understand it. My mother died when I was very young. It planted a question in me early that many people don't face until much later in life: “What is all of this really about?”
My own body became my next teacher. As a child I struggled with stomach problems and headaches. Later came years of pushing too hard, relying on caffeine and old habits, until I collapsed at thirty. Everyone called it burnout. I read everything, tried everything, and still kept getting worse, until I finally discovered it was Lyme disease.
I healed naturally. Not through one miracle solution, but with herbs, nutrition, breath, movement, and the right support at the right time. Out of necessity, I created my own approach, and it worked. Along the way, I came to understand the human experience from the inside: loss, illness, addiction, fear, and the long journey back to feeling truly alive.
That journey is what I dedicate my life to now. Before this, I worked as a professional actor, a path born from a deep love of creativity and a fascination with the human experience. Acting fulfilled a lifelong dream, and I still look back on that chapter with gratitude. But over time, life guided me toward something that felt even more meaningful. Supporting people as they find their way back to themselves became more important to me than any role I could ever play.

My public journey
My own transformation from illness back to peak health and vitality didn't happen quietly. Given my background as an actor and public figure, my journey toward a wholefood, plant-based lifestyle and holistic healing was documented along the way.
It led me to the cover of Men's Health, where I could share that true physical strength is built from the inside out. I also wrote the foreword for the health book "Fruit jezelf gezond en slank" by Julia Kang, sharing how discovering a vibrant, energy-rich diet fundamentally changed my life.
I have spoken openly about my healing process in various media outlets and podcasts, hoping that sharing my story might help others realize that their diagnosis or current state does not have to be the end of their story.

Core tenets of my healing philosophy
You are not broken.
Most of what feels like brokenness is your true self covered by years of stress, old patterns, and tension held in the body. The work isn’t about fixing you. It’s about gently clearing away what has been covering who you already are.
The body keeps the score, and the body can let it go.
Stored emotions, unresolved experiences, and long held tension all live in the body. When the right conditions are there, when you feel safe, supported, and seen, the body knows how to release what it no longer needs and begin to find its way back to balance.
No two people are the same.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach here. I don’t follow a fixed formula. I listen carefully to where you are in this moment, and together we shape the work around what you need.
Healing is a process, not a single event.
Real change takes time. That’s why I work with people over a longer period whenever possible. My support begins before we meet and continues after the session, not only while we’re together in the room.
There is a line, and I respect it.
I’ll walk a long way beside you. I’ll also tell you honestly if I believe something belongs in the hands of a medical doctor or psychiatrist. Knowing where that line is, and respecting it, is part of caring for you responsibly.
I combine different modalities the way a craftsman uses a full set of tools.
Breathwork, body reset, Chi Core Release Massage, water therapy, hypnotherapy, coaching, and two decades of lived experience all have their place. I draw on what you need in the moment and weave these approaches together, allowing the work to go deeper than any single method could on its own.
“What people tell me they experience, again and again, is feeling safe. Held. Seen without judgment. That sense of safety isn't a technique. It's the foundation that allows everything else to unfold.”
