This website is dedicated to sharing Miro's personal healing journey, details of somatic offers (Breathwork, Body Reset, Massages, Harmonic Flow Aquatic Healing, Hypnotherapy), and offering invitations to private/group retreats worldwide.

All informational content and media displayed here are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may view and reference materials for your personal growth, but any unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

By accessing this website or booking services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

Miro Kloosterman is a somatic facilitator, bodywork therapist, and alignment mentor. He is not a licensed physician, clinical psychologist, or psychiatric practitioner.

Our offers (such as deep breathwork, core body resets, or warm water therapy) are intended to support physical relaxation, nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and personal development. However, they:

• Are NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or psychiatric treatment.
• Require you to be in sound physical and mental health.
• Require you to proactively inform us of any severe medical conditions, pregnancy, cardiovascular issues, epilepsy, or psychiatric history before undertaking deep-breathing or bodywork sessions.

Participants remain responsible for consulting their physician where appropriate. Individual results cannot be guaranteed as personal growth and somatic shifts depend on individual engagement and circumstances. By enrolling in any session or retreat, you acknowledge full personal responsibility for your physical and psychological well-being.

We offer free discovery calls to coordinate alignment. When booking:

• Please respect our time by providing accurate contact details (preferred messenger, email) and attending promptly.
• If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours of advance notification using the links in your confirmation email or by contacting Miro directly.

Because our retreats (such as private deep-dives around the world or collective group journeys) involve extensive planning, venue reservations, and strict participant limits, all successful applicants are subject to individual written retreat agreements.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deposits are non-refundable because they reserve limited retreat capacity and planning resources. Complete conditions regarding travel insurance, health screening, and cancellation windows will be shared during our alignment consultations and detailed in your reservation agreement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable Dutch or European law, including liability arising from intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Subject to the above, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Miro Kloosterman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, financial losses, or injuries arising out of website navigation, technical downtime, or participation in somatic sessions or retreats beyond direct proven statutory obligations.

We strive to maintain continuous website accessibility, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or update website features at any time.

Our website may contain links to external third-party sites. We have no control over and assume no liability for third-party content or privacy practices.

Neither party shall be held liable for failure or delay in performing retreat or consultation obligations where such failure arises from events beyond reasonable control (“Force Majeure”), including natural disasters, travel bans, acts of government, or epidemic restrictions.

We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be published directly on this page with a revised effective date.

These terms, along with all agreements initiated by Miro Kloosterman, are governed exclusively by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands.
